Dear Family and Friends,

The North Texas Youth Orchestra is gearing up for a spectacular 2011-2012 Season. Our upcoming season features over thirty talented and dedicated young musicians from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in three concert series. We will also be featuring guest conductor, Michelle Brians, from Denton Independent School District’s Guyer High School. However, we need your help to make all of this possible. We cannot do it without your support.

As a loyal supporter of NTYO, you know and appreciate the rare combination of talent, dedication and sheer delight our concert series provide. What you may not know (but probably suspect) is the current economy has caused a significant decline in charitable grants from state and local sources. Additionally, as ticket sales do not cover our expenses, we must rely extensively on contributions to ensure the success of our orchestra.

Support North Texas Youth Orchestra in providing opportunities for young musicians to serve our community and enrich lives through the performance of music. NTYO is committed to service projects that motivate students to give back to the community and provide leadership opportunities for young musicians from the ages of 14-18.

It’s easy to donate and all donations are tax deductible. Donations can be made here on our website, or by mail at P.O. Box 260522, Plano, TX 75026. Your donation is critical to the North Texas Youth Orchestra and our ability to continue bringing you the outstanding music and artistry you have come to expect.

With your help, we strive to provide more opportunities for young musicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to perform music and give back to their community.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Julianne Booth
Artistic Director
